I've been working out seriously for a little over a year. I strive to gain more muscle while loosing my stomach. I've been taking muscle milk during this process, but was told muscle milk isnt the way to go. Could anyone inform me as to which supplements that can assist in muscle gain while minimizing the weight gain around my stomach.

AW to be 30ish again. I agree with corless. Avoid the supplements for know. Most on the market are hype and make false claims. Whey protein is good but unless you are heavy into workingout/lifting I would use it moderately OR NOT AT ALL IN THE BEGINNING STAGES. Same with Creatine. WARNING: Must drink water, water and a lot more water with both of these suppliments. They can be very hard on the body if you are not drinking enough water. Especially the kidney and liver. So drink up!! GOOD LUCK!

Quoting from null:
Wow I've been small for all of my life, but now that I'm in my early thirties the stomach is starting to develop, so in addition to diet are there any supplements that help. I was told whey protein, but not sure about it.
