Any advice for how long you should jump rope to see benefits? I can do it (adequately) for only a few minutes and don't fell much different.

I myself am against jumping rope.It burns too musc cals.
But it is definetly good for stamina.But if you r into getting big, then dont do it more than 5 mins. and do it for warming up.
