Hello. I could write a book here. I am a 36 year old who needs to lose more than 100. It makes me so ashamed to admit. Every birthday, my next approaches quickly, I wonder how I am going to make the changes. I tell myself I?ll start the day after my birthday and that by next year I will be at my goal. This year I decided today was as good a day to start as any, so here I am?bad knees, crazy life but the desire to make the changes. One day at a time, right?
I know what I need to do but doing it is another story altogether. I need some accountability, truthful feedback and help being creative as I make some new choices. I am so willing to encourage someone else, so if there is someone who needs a partner and is willing to commit, I am your girl.

Hi Again!
I'm from WI too, what part are you in?
Good luck with everything, and believe me, you'll find all the support you need and more on this site. If you have any questions about anything, just ask!

I am in Southeastern WI, sorta near the Illinois boarder. Thanks so much for responding to my post. I am really excited about this. It has been a while since I have been excited about getting started again.
I look forward to talking with you again.

I'm also in Southeastern WI, but I'm in Waukesha county, near Milwaukee.
It'll be hard at first, but once you get into the routine you'll actually look forward to exercising, and you'll actually get upset if something comes up that prevents you from doing it. Plus, you'll get so used to eating healthy that when you splurge on McDonalds or something like that, you'll feel sick. Keep up the great work.. it'll pay off!!
