i know when u work out u go for the pump but is it right for you to feel so small after wards?

small where? If you don't feel fullness in the muscles you're working then you need to increase your weight and/or intensity. I fell muscle fullness for about 1 full post-workout day. Try it and see if it helps.

i feel big when i am working out then like 3 hours later i feel really small.

it might not be only a physical issue, it could be a pyschological one. You need to be positive, you MUST achieve that maximum pump to succeed. Constantly imagine what you will look like with huge muscles on you, and you won't feel so small anymore. This helps get me through the day...

Be patient , dont try to expect so much in such little time. Instead , keep reading on trying to get better workouts , trying to get a better diet ... etc , i think theres always room for improvement. More you know better the result will be. Just ask away if you got any questions.

That's the way that it works.. ..
However, if you supplement with Creatine and Glutamine right after your exercise then you'll will not feel 'so smaill afterwards'
