Well my first goal was reached this morning and I almost jumped up and down but thought I would look a little foolish doing so in the weight room. Also reached a week early.
I had been increasing my weight in all my work outs and notice a nice trend and figured out that next week I would be able to incline bench 100lbs for my last set of 10 reps. However when I did my third set this morning it felt good so I decide to go ahead and give 100lbs a try. Sure enough I meet the reps. Man does it feel great.
