I eat alot in order to gain weight for building, but regardless what it is i eat...i have such a high Met that it burns it off straight away.
Anybody got any ideas, other than eating more and tying myself to a bed?

Eat almost twice as much proten per pound of your body weight everyday and a ton of carbs and take a muscle building supp. I'm in the same boat, but where there's a will there's a way. Juicing is an option I guess. Do you really take steroids Mongrel???

no I was just kidding. I steer clear of steroids. Kevinfield you just have to eat a lot regularly throughout the day. One possible explanation is that you could be training too much. 3 times per week is enough in my opinion

its more imp to eat smart than to eat a lot.Have a lot of proteins and carb and vitamins.milk, eggs, potatoes, fruits and stuffs. Readup on nutriion values and other things......get your facts right first.

eat, eat, eat it's the only way you have to take in more than you use. little by little , just keep adding food to your diet
