figured id give everyone an update since i started here. ill keep posting updates in a few months or so. soo here goes. stats: 6'0 and 205 lbs. age 20.
bench: 320
squat: 385 (used only a belt no knee wraps)
dead lift: 455 (used only a belt and chalk NO STRAPS!!)
im at 11% body fat. i dont really care about that stat. its hard to keep a steady diet being in college and i probably drink too much beer :). ive been lifting for 3 or 4 years now.
funny thing was when i pulled 455 the fitness staff at the college gym told me i cant do olympic style lifing like that :laugh: . i might compete in the power lifting competition they have every year. they do a bench press and dead lift total by weight class. ive never done anything like that before but it might be fun. well thats a little about me.
Life is all about timing... the unreachable becomes reachable, the unavailable become available, the unattainable... attainable. Have the patience, wait it out It is all about timing.
