I started eating right, and more often in bigger quantity. That is good and well for the week but somehow, my eating habit losen in the weekend and I doesn't eat as much as I should. Will this greatly impede my progress to gain weight. I'm only training during the week(Mon-We-Fri) and in the weekend I go out, go to sleep late in the night(morning) and often sleep 10 hours.

my advice would be to keep up the eating habits on the weekend. This should allow your body to grow more in its recovery phase.. good luck

my advice to you people is to try and split up your big meats into smaller meats but eat more times so you eat 4 times or 5 times a day. therefore your food is easier to eat in smaller amounts.

If your eating great 5 out of 7 days your doing Great. Weekend binging shouldn't mess you up to much. I have the same problem but I eat a like a freakin hog when the weekends come but really strict through the weekdays and I've made and keep making great gains.

I have a tendency to not eat as much during the weekends. Sometimes I substitute sleep as a meal. I guess I need to do what others are doing and just curb it so it wounldn't hinder my gains during the week.
