Hi guys im 18 6'3 and about 270lbs. doing the excercise's is'nt a problem for me its getting motavated to do them, can you guys help and give me some ideas of what motavate you guys to get to lifting. Thanx!
Desire starts it. Decide to do it. Declare you are going to do it. Do It. Double Up by getting a partner or some other form of accountability. Drive towards your goal.
