I'm 15 years old and want to gain weight, fat and muscle.
I read that I'll have to put the most calories in me by eating, and gain muscle obviously by working out. I also wanted to start tennis practice but wouldn't that make it harder to gain weight since I'm doing cardio? What should I do?
1. get at least 1 gram protein per pound of body fat.
use your nutritional plan it can be useful.
2. when you are lifting remember that higher reps with a lower weight tones your body and builds some muscle, but lower reps higher weigth is the way to go if you really want to put on some muscle. If you dont eat right you might not see the same results that you would if u did eat right.
