... I need new music: mostly for running but also for a full gym workout... I need some suggestions as I'm tired of listening to the same old stuff. I tend to buy stuff on itunes, not really wanting to mess my computer with the pirate programs.......

Daughtry & Evanescence works for me they have a good rock beat that changes up with the songs and if you match your stride to the beats you will be in for a good workout

I love the classics like Journey and Steve Miller. I have LimeWire and you can go on there and search for songs and download free.....at least that is what my husband tells me.....:) You can search by song title or artist even by the type -- pop, rock and so on.......

Welcome Jessica, if you do a search on the "FitBuddy" (below) and put in "music", it will come up with quite a few threads that have been discussed previously. There are some great music lists in there.
Good luck and have fun!

I have to say I love modern music like Leona Lewis or Taylor Swift. My FAVORITE song to workout to at the gym is Milkshake. When I'm on a run though I love panic at the disco, white stripes, and sometimes Natasha Beingfeild or Carrie Underwood.
