I'm 63, male. I have been very overweight for years and have tried several things to lose weight. I have had two kidney transplants over the past ten years. At this time I am just starting with exercise, etc. This brings me to my question. What kind of substitute exercises can I do that doesn't put me on the floor? When I get down I need a tow truck to get me up. Maybe later I can get up and down on my own.
