Hi there! I'm Meg...new to this website. Thought I would try it out to help me stay motivated and encouraged on losing some weight and changing my eating habits. I welcome any comments about what has worked for you. I'm not quite ready to hit the gym (it's intimidating to me), but would love to hear of any exercise programs you can do at home without the use of weight equipment. If the weather would ever warm up I do plan on starting to walk in my neighborhood in the evenings.
