I have done a lot of research on bodybuilding and getting into shape. If anyone has any questions, I would be glad help? If I don't know the answer, I find it?

thanx.. here is my question..
What do you think of box squats and ass to the grass squats?

I sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I am not very crazy about box squats, but I do belive in doing deep squats. Be careful with doing deep squats, you can miss up your knees. So be cautious about how much weight you use.
