ok so i've read plenty of posts about people with big calves with mostly muscle. Well big calves run in my family and since im not really into sports they're about 75% fat. There so embarrising i hate summer when i have to wear shorts and be seen in public in a swin suit. Im in great shape other then that too. And i feel like ive tried everything there is to do to slim them down. Its very frustrating. I need help! Any advice?:
Exercise and diet. You can't spot reduce any part of your body. If you want to lose fat in a specific part of your body you have to lose fat throughout your entire body. Cut back on your calories and do more cardio/weight training.
