Whats up everyone. i was just curious i have a huge tub of whey protein powder. If i bought a half gallon of milk and mixed it with the correct amount of powder and kept it in the fridge would it last? I'm only asking because i have made shakes in the shaker cups and they don't seem to keep well even in the fridge after a few days. anyone ever do this? just seems easier than making a shake 2-3 times a day

I use BSN's syntha6 protein with 16 oz's of water and it stay good for my morning and after workout intake ( around 10 am ) but anything after that it tend to coaggulate or sepperate in the mixer and looks disgusting..... new shakes take me about 1-2 minutes to make depending on ingredients, isnt really a bother for me.....
Id hate to see you lose a tub of whey if it goes bad after a few days, i know they run around 30 bucks for my 2 1/2 pound size.

Just need to keep your shaker cup & cold water with you (I carry a small ice chest with ice for my water)and either use baggies or 1/2 cup tupperware cups for your protein powder. Mix and drink as needed. At least, that's what I do.

Well, probably will last as long as the milk stays good.
