OK IM THIN I AM TRYING TO GAIN MUSCLE SIZE...BUT I HAVE LOVE HANDLES AND A LITTLE GUT, HOW CAN I GET THE BEST RESULTS LOSING WEIGHT AND GAINING SIZE...HELP!!!

Do the 12 week mass program and eat according to the advice they give. You might want to start doing crunches everday and twisting at the top on some sets for your sides.

I agree with Merlinhog. Don't over do cardio keep it to a limit while trying to add muscle.

As a newbie myself, i can sympathise with you.
All i can say is it will take time and hard work.
Start of with basic exercises covering your entire body, chest, arms, abs, back upper and lower. youve got to keep at it.
Its not easy, but giving up is for wimps!

Losing weight and gaining size simultaneously is very difficult and a bit slow process.U should concentrate on ur proper nutrition.But if u r thin then u can afford 2 take fats 2 moderate extent.Do cardio exercises twice a week in moderte intensity.Go heavy in ur sets until u make a forced rep of around 3-4 only.Complete ur workout nearly within 1 hour.
