Ok, I'm new to this so bear with me... I now have my program for the next week but after flicking through alot of the forum posts, will the every other day 30 min cardio exercise actually me PUT ON weight rather than losing it.. I am eating healthy and just found out that not warming up before skipping actually hurts :laugh:
Be grateful for any replies as i'm a lil worried that afer putting effort into cardio that i will end up bigger not smaller !!

How would more caloric expenditure put weight on you? Can you clarify your question a bit?

Oops a mistype on my behalf i think..
I've been flitting through the forum posts and keep gettin side tracked by a few people commenting on their fat turning to muscle which results in them looking bigger ??
