Hi. I have love handles and a little tummy, this is horrible, I do not have a lot of time to excercise, plus I travel a lot, I want some tips on excercises I can manage while at home or at a hotel room.
Pay more attention to your diet. You can do that anywhere, not just in a hotel room...
