I don't have a digital camera so let's use that picture as a reference. Where the red circle is, there's like less muscle. It goes shoulder -> dip -> bulge and it looks a little weird. Also should I my triceps be slightly smaller (width-wise) then my biceps? I think I've been neglecting them a bit

Whoa! What a freak!
Kidding.
What's wrong with your bicep? I think the only problem you have is that you're standing in front of the mirror too much. Check this pic:

Just do a search for a rear double bicep pose and you'll see pics of bodybuilders' bicep/deltoid transition. It's not weird; it's nature - that's how we're all built.
And your triceps should be larger than your biceps. Do the exercises that will help you gain the most mass (squats and deadlifts) and your other muscles, including the 'glamour' muscles, will ultimately get larger as well. Diet plays a huge part in it, too.

Here's a pic of a friend of mine less than a week from her contest:

See, same thing.

Lol, you scared me for a second. Good to know my bicep is normal. The people I hang around with don't exactly have defined muscles and google always brings up people with an absurd amount of muscle. Guess I gotta put more emphasis on my triceps. Thanks you
