Hi im currently a new member and i have committed myself to a better lifestyle. I currently started the p90x program( i will have a week by today) and also im going to start the weight loss fitness plan in this website...Is that a good program or is there another that will show more results?...

What fitness level were you at before you started P90x? I have it also and am planning to start it but not sure if I needed a warmup period with normal weights and cardio before I start the program. I know people that have done it and it does work.
I am doing the program as well. I am on my 5th week of P90X and it does work. Takes a couple weeks to get through some of the programs, they are pretty hard. Its a great system for cutting down and ripping up, good luck
