Hi Everyone,
I am new to this and wanted to say hi. I have been working out for around 2 yrs now and have felt like lately I have done so much but have not seen any improvements. Any ideas. I want to build more muscle and burn more fat so I also need some diet suggestions. Help! :)

I workout everyday. I just started a very intense boot camp from 5:30-6:30 in the morning. I lift weights for 1 hour twice a week and do legs and butt for 1 hour 2 per week and cardio 5-7 days per week for at least 45 min per day. A combo of running, spin, and treadmill. I just got my personal training certification and I know what to do for most people, but I don't know how to help myself. :(

Just wanted to add to the above. I am 28 year old female, 107lb and 5'1. Before I starting working out seriously I weighed 113-115. I have only lost 7 lbs in over 1 year but have gone down in inches and body fat. Overall I am happy, but I need help on how to shrink my butt. I do lunges, squats, cardio etc, but still seems like the largest part. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:)

wow. don't think I can help you there. Working out 13-15 times a week and are 107 lbs and hoping to lose more? I think you probably need to talk to somebody professional.

maybe your right thanks. i am not really looking to lose weight, I just platued and I am looking for a challenge.
