I am new to this website and wanted to say hi. I have been working out for around 2 yrs now and have felt like lately I have done so much but have not seen any improvements. Any ideas. I want to build more muscle and burn more fat so I also need some diet suggestions. Help! :)
i am new to the workout stuff, i have been working our for about 2 months and would like to find a good 4 day workout routine for the gym. i am looking to drop a few pounds and tone up are there any suggestions.
