I tried this because I was craving pizza and I'm trying to keep my prot, carb, fat intake to 50/25/25. It's not bad!
1 tortilla (Josephs low carb tortilla)
1/2 cup(healthy choice) garlic and herb tomato sauce
1/3 cup (42g) mozzarella cheese reduced fat (hannaford brand)
3oz pre cooked roasted chicken breast
I put the tortilla in the oven with nothing on it at 500 degrees till I see it crisp. I pull out the pan, add sauce and cheese and put it back in the oven till I see the cheese melt. I pull it out and put the pre cooked chicken on then put the oven on broil and keep it under the heat for a few min to brown the chicken and brown the cheese. I love my pizza crispy!
