Hello all,
My name is Chris and I believe I am not eating correctly and I want to get fit. I have gone to doctors to try to figure out why I keep getting stomach problems (stomach aches, etc.) They have run tests, and could not find any issues with me. I swim about 2-3 times per week an hour each time. I'm 20 years old, but I want to join this community to learn more about fitness.
I am getting married in 1 year, and I would like to become more lean. I'm about 170 pounds, 5'10" and I have most of my wait in my gut. I'm not usually a runner, but I like to do new exercises. My usual diet exists of: McDonalds 3 Double Cheeseburgers Mon-Fri at lunch, no breakfast, water during the day, and at night I have fast food or food like spaghetti or corn dogs.
Nice to meet you all, and I know I have a long way to go, and many changes along the way.
