i have intentionally avoided some exercise in fear of losing my butt. Yes I know that sounds really stupid. Its quite laughable if you think about it. My butt is toned and its big and i like it that way. I love to work out. But lately I have been getting a belly and some jiggle on my sides. I wouldnt call myself petite, but I am tall and average. I dont really know what to do to get into shape. Im actually quite confused. I havnt really turned to others for help in my body issues before. So..Help?:)

I am sure added some movements that largely involve the glutes into your routine will help it stay and may even make it more "toned".

Romanian Deadlifts/Strait Leg Deadlifts/Good Mornings
Any squat, but especially wide stance.
Sumo style Deadlift.
Pull-throughs.
Lunges w/long steps.

What does your routine look like right now. I can help you integrate them in.

What does your diet look like. This is going to the biggest factor in getting rid of the "jiggle".

Take a look at the WCCS challenge. It is posted in the stickies in the general forum. That will definitly get you in shape.
