So I took the wonderful advice from you guys and I just wanted to double check what you guys thought. Right after I wake up, I have a pb&j sandwich followed by a carnation breakfast drink or a protein shake. When i get to work, I snack on fruit, an energy bar, or some tuna. But after I get home, I have a pretty big meal. Like boneless chicken, a salad, and some steamed veggies. After that, I'll hit my workout and then bed. I know it don't sound like a whole lot, but I still feel like I'm getting enough nutrients to keep me going, but I just want to know if its enough to keep my metabolism in tip-top shape. Remember, I do work 2nd shift so my day pretty much starts around 10am.

That sounds like 1 real meal per day. I still don't think it's enough.
