It's in the powerlifting forum, so I'm assuming he wants to get stronger.
I like the way it's set up, but don't like the number of exercises you're doing. Start cutting the fluff and repetition. For example, split squats and lunges are great exercises, but not on the same day. I think you'll also find that after squats and lunges, there's no way you want to do BSS. Maybe cut them out of friday and add in more weighted ab work. Lat pull downs are repetitive, pec deck is fluff.

i highly recommend a very simple routine along the lines of myriad of 5x5 templates or push/pull/squat....you can alternatively just focus on 5-6 exercises and lift with them...2-3 exercises per workout is more than enough.....unless you're very experienced lifter do not lift more than 4 days a week...

the old Rippetoe is probably a good place to start. stick with the basics. google it, i believe it will come up under madcow...
