I don't know if this falls into this category. I used to wrestle very competitively, and was just at the olympic trials. I had to lose 35 lbs in 4 months for my weight class. Since the season has ended I have been eating compusively, not because I'm hungery or because I want to eat something, but soley because I CAN eat it. I know that I can be diciplined with my eating, but I just don't want to and have now gained almost 20 lbs in a month. Please help!
