Okay, here's my question, I have been on the twelve-week ab program, after my first day my abs were sore, since then I never feel any soreness in my abs. I am increasing my reps as the program is having me do and I feel the burn during my workout, but nothing after I am done...no...nadda...zip. Does this not sound right?

I did the same and the same thing happened Erin. Do you already notice the difference though? I do. Not a huge one, but enough. The only stubborn part is the love handles, but patience is key. Ciao.

Same thing happened to me. I'm glad it doesn't hurt as much!! I've noticed some difference too; not major but better! Train hard and we'll all be buff. Asta la vista.

Erin same here as the others have said. I feel my abs when I do the workout, but no soreness afterwards. I see a little difference too. I'm glad because it would hurt a lot to laugh after my workout.

I can see definition begining in my abs; however, the lower part of the abs has not shown much. Too many babies maybe? My doc stated that it will be a difficult are since I no longer have a uterus which is a large ab muscle for women.

Try reverse crunches to work your lower abs.
