alright so, im 16 years old and the skinny kid, so i decides to do something about it.. ive been lifting for about a year now and thought i would get into supplements and weight gainers.. i just bought muscletech mass tech and i was wondering if this will help me. i dont think i will be doing the recomended 5 scoops, ill probably start out with 2. i workout 5 days a week, working out a particular muscle group everyday, and i work out for about an hour, is this enough training to gain the mass i want instead of pure fat? thank you
