I don't know if this will work for you - but what I am doing is slowly making changes to my eating habits so that hopefully they become a lifestyle change and my new habits. I tried a few "diets" but could only ever stick to their crazy requirements very short term.
I started off initially by making sure my water intake was high enough. Once I was comfortable with that I have been changing one or two other things every week. I have increased my protein, added more fresh veggies, started drinking green tea, foiund a time to workout that works for me...etc.
Maybe by slowly incorporating healthy changes, you can stick with it also?
Hope this helps you - it is helping me.

Theres a reason those "shake diets" don't work. It's because nobody can maintain a liquid diet like that forever. What you need is a "rest of your life" plan. Start with the easy things first. Find healthy alternatives to the bad foods you eat. For losing weight, try eating about 10-12 calories per pound of body weight , per day. Make em' count. Read food labels, and be mindful of PORTION SIZES. Get a strength training routine that lets you work each body part once a week. I utilize a 3 day split, followed by some light cardio. That way I'm only in the gym 3 days a week(a little over an hour each day), and have plenty of time for me. Hope that helps!
