This is just a simple question as to filling out ft's charts online. When they tell you to do things like regular sit-ups that don't require you to use weight, what weight should I input on my progress chart?

I input 0lbs. I then concentrate on the number of reps and work at increases there.

you should be using weight for crunches

I can see using weight for regular crunches, but for the stuff like the hanging twisting thing I should put 0 right?

i would not use any weight on crunches, pull ups, chin ups etc until i could do at least 12 reps and 4 sets without it. it may discourage you if you use weights and cant hit your reps
