im 24 years old, and i wanna define my muscles without putting on much weight. im 5'4 and 110 lb (pretty slim) and don wanna gain any more weight.
some of you might say i need to gain weight in order to define, but ive seen people thinner than me with much more definition.
so is it to do more reps with lesser weights? i know that if i lift heavy, i will gain weight.
