I have been going to the gym 5 days a week, consistently for 6 months.. started eating healthy foods, cut out junk.
I don't seem to be losing bodyfat.. and gaining muscle very slowly.. It's frustrating, I'm starting to think my genitics arn't going to let me ge to where I am trying to go. I'm 6'3 238... roughly 22% bodyfat. I need advice.. anyone? dm0933@hotmail.com is my e-mail
