Hey all... I'm a US sailor. I'm in this not to lose weight, but to lose fat. I honestly like my weight. Imagine how many people try to P.O. a 230lb 6' individual! :) Anyway... I'd like to know how many military types are involved here. I'd like to know how we all deal with working out and eating right while dealing with the military BS.

What's up. I'm in the Air Force and I'm just getting started on this program. I'm not trying to lose any weight either, I want some bulk. I'm about 6'3" 185lbs and want to get to about your weight.

WOW! 6'3" and 185?!? Man... I haven't weighed that little since high school. :) Actually though, I kinda envy you... if I still weighed 185, I wouldn't be fat! Bulk up man! I know you can do it!

Hey bud, I'm active army- I manage my workouts pretty good; The mornings I do PT with my unit (Cardio) at lunch I hit the gym. I eat lots of protein, when I have to go to the field though, my body just falls apart!

Not many reservists in my line... Submarines just aren't the place for temps! :) No offense. What rate?

If you did not mean to be offensive, then why say it?

I was simply saying that I haven't had the chance to work with many reservists. I did follow up asking what his job field is!

Officer? As in you have an O-X paygrade? Wow. I am only a lowly E-6. :)
What sort of training do you give? DC? Flight?
