i really wanna lose weight but i dunno
when i run i like it and i keep going till i stop only problem is i care people will look at me to much is what i am ultimatly thinking is de-motivating me do you guys have any motivation tips?
keep going, you are already motivated if you are taking care of yourself. Nevermind what you think the others are thinking.

If you get out and go for a half hour run you've just done more excercise that day then most americans. That should be motivation enough, you're taking your health in your own hands and trying to improve it
