I am in the military and after having my second child about 18 months ago I have lost 25lbs (my goal is 30 total). I am feeling better and looking better than I have in awhile. However I still have this floppy momma belly. I run as much as I can and I am lifting weights to tone but I feel like that is all I am doing is running. I signed onto this website to see if it will help and I have filled out my exercise progams but I can't start anything until next week. Does anyone have any suggestions until then? Thanks!
