hey how are ya'll doing? So I gotta question. I weight train 4 days a week (monday-thursday), doing cardio mon, wed and fri in the mornings. So I end up eating alot 5 days a week. I take in about 3000-3200 calories those days (good cals i should add). But then on saturday and sunday, since those are my rest days, I just dont have the appetite to stomach all that food. what should my goal intake be? oh i probably should add that my weight is 165 and my immediate target is 175 by mid-July. I just dont know if I should eat light those days since I'm not working it off or if I should still try to eat, eat, eat all day. Any suggestions?

Take in some fluids to help when you feel that way such as Milk, Protein Shakes and etc.

You can get allot of calories in a blender with Oats, Milk, Natural Peanut Butter and some Protein Powder like Milk Protein Isolates.

nice...thanks sf. you tha man!! i just found this daily diet that included a lot of peanut butter and fruits and veggies (I think I can improvise to get some lean meats in there). I think that'll help to make up for the calorie intake, too. but yeah, thanks again.

Avocado will also help, good fats and high in calories!

Do some research on the rebuild period and you will probably realize that it is a lot longer than the 1 hour people tell you about.
