It was really cool in finding this site very informative. I'm 5'6 and 145 pounds. I started going to the gym like a month ago. I've been doing spinning 3-4 times per week and free weights too a total of around 2 hrs in the gym. My PROBLEM areas is my thighs. There not huge but I would love to slim them down any tips or advice will appreciate it alot.

I'm a little frustated too cause in the gym that i'm going to. They offered my a personal trainer that for me is soooo expensive and the funny part that i refuse to pay that. He told me that I'm NEVER going to loose weight and instead of losing fat i will gain or have more fat. I've been trying to read and do some research in many ways. I want to shut his mouth up and demostrate them that we can do it.
