Ummm,...4 times a day? Do you mean per week? Try looking at your diet to begin with. Thats likely where the problem is. For starters, try eating around 2300-2400 calories a day. Make sure that you are counting your calories, and I recommend keeping a journal for a while. Make sure that you keep in mind the portion sizes of what you eat, as we often end up eating well more than the "calories listed on the box". Diet is the absolute determining factor in successful weight loss. Not crunches, or jogging, or any other gimmick that TV try to sell people. If your finding it hard still, try loading up on veggies with your regular meals, they can help to fill the space, but generally carry the least amount of calories.
