YOU CANT SPOT REDUCE i have told this to so many people.
leave your ego at the door they should put that on the window of every gym.
don't get frustrated because that is when you will give up or that is when most people give up.
That is true. We would probably be amazed at the amount of money GYMS make off people who join a gym and only use it for a month or so. Look around most gyms and you know that are not making it big off the people that actually go
I have a quote I'd like to add. A lot of people get discouraged when they don't see immediate results. Or When people first start into fitness and don't know what to do. I use this one a lot.
