I started working out around six weeks ago. When I started I was 5'8" and 230lbs. A fat slug. I am having a great time working out - I'm down to 210lbs. and putting on good muscle mass. All of a sudden I have all these veins I never knew I had. My question is this - Am I correct to assume that this is a sign of my overall body fat going down??

I would think this is a good indication of a reduction in bodyfat.

working out increases your blood flow to your muscles this is how you get that pumped up look after working out. i coul;d be wrong but i think the vessels are expanding to increase the bloodflow to the muscle makeing them more visible.
