Anything that isn't processed from white flour will probably do the trick but try to eat alot of Fish and Chicken and supplement some of your fat intake with Flax see oil.

If you cook, try this website:

http://www.bodyforlife.com/nutrition/

Its the best collection of healthy recipes compiled on a website I've found so far. Hope it helps.

You may also want to look into meal replacement powders (MRPs) if you can't eat a meal every couple hours. EAS Myoplex Deluxe, LaBrada Lean Body, Optimum Nutrition OptiMeal, etc. are all great for you (and good tasting).

Just be sure to remember that it's difficult for your body to process more than about 50g pf protien per hour...so in order to get in 273g....wow..I would work up slowly...getting in 1 clean meal per week until you build up to 6 meals..this will also help you get in the habit. Be careful in gearing up too fast...this can cause intestinal distress (you know what I mean) and you want to keep your friends don't you :)
GOOD LUCK!

I know that lots of protein all at once can do you know what. I've had trouble with protein shakes in the AM so I've had to drink them later. Maybe this won't happen to you.
