start a whole body program focusing on compound free weights. Try to get as strong as you can in Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Presses, Rows, Bench, Cleans, etc...powerlifting based programs are good, strongman based programs are good, as are many other types...
also focus on conditioning...ross enamait's infinite intensity is very good ...focusing on shorter high intensity conditioning...
lift weights consistantly...year in and out...if you truly want results.....
