which builds more muscle not breaking more than 15 seconds or breaking for 1-2 minutes or longer between sets. would changing to the no break thing for like a month after 3 months of breaking 2 minutes between sets be a good idea. not including squats and deads. i have to break longer there. im talking about chest and bis. my squats and deads are still gaining but my bench has been suffering. so the point is which builds more mass. wouldn't breaking shorter make the body have to build more muscle to compensate for all the stress its being put under or is it pointless and more of a form of cardio. thanks.
