Sorry to bother you guys but I just want to know if anyone here knows how to get their 1 and/or 10 rep maximum? Apparently thats a good way to start with weights if you aren't sure what to use. Please help.
Well Chris1980, finally someone is replying to your question, LOL. There is a section on this Web Site, where you are able to find that out without having to run the risk of injuring yourself. All you have to do is look right here on the left, you'll see Exercise ft Tools, click on that and then choose Fitness Calculators. Good Luck.
