Hey people , i am just about finished my 8 weeks and i am stoked about my results, i feel so much better, now i wanted to try out the advanced mass prog.but i am having second thoughts , i'm not sure if i should do some more intermidiate ones or start the adv. one right away , i'm sure i can still make some good gains with the intermidiate one. but i thought also that lower reps and higher weights is good for gaining . Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm not really sure what the question is.

There isn't enough difference in intermediate and advanced to be a difference.

I'm trying to figure out weither i should keep going with the intermediate programs or actually move on to the advance mass prgoram , i have only done 1 intermediate , followed it to a tee, and got great results.

I think we posted at the same time charlie.
So lower reps is the biggest diffrence then ? i'm guessing the exercises will relatively stay the same. I guess i will try it out and see what it gives. Either way , i will have fun . Results is what i want , and its just that i'm going to get one way or another.

with the mass program, you lift a good bit heavier and with far less reps. There is also a specific number of days weekly that you must lift. There is also a two week recovery and growth period at the end. And you gotta really eat.

Well actually i'm doing the 'Gain Muscle Mass Training' and not the other ' max mass muscle training , i think they are 2 differents ones if i am not mistaken.I'm sure i will need a much deserved week or 2 off afterwards. I am eating close to 4000 calories already , its tuff to get that much but i manage, peanut butter , peanuts , olive oil , lots of meat, rice and potatoes, easily adds up in a day .
