well i finally got it today took forever to get it and it enabled me to sustain a longer workout and i was able to do more reps on all of my lifts but i still am not convinced i will have to see how it helps me long term before i say what i think of it. not the best taste. i will work out with it for a month and then post my gains. the only side effect it had on me was after about three hours of ingestion i got a mild stomache ache. i dont know what to expect but i am hoping for the best. :dumbbell:

another workout more reps. no stomachache this time. are their any dangers to nitric oxide? its kind of like creatine on steroids. still not convinced.

I personally like Gaspari products for the most part. I thought Size on was a decent product.

it gives you more energy and does give you a good pump helps sustain a longer workout just don't expect to increase muscle mass 9 times more than without it i knew that part was far fetched but i don't regret buying it. it could taste a little better too kind of bitter.

I liked the superpump but have found I get even better workouts since switching to Scivation Vasocharge - and I don't get as jittery as I did on the superpump.
