That purpose is to lose weight. I am really overweight, I am 5'9 and am of East Indian descent. I weight 265, no point in concealing it. My longterm goal is to get my weight near the 200s, but I know that I should take it one step at a time. That being said, my goal is to get it to 260, then 250, etc. all the way down. I don't know why, but I've always lacked the will power to wanting to work out, I've wanted to lose weight, but just seemed too much effort, and I'm not lazy, just don't like going to the gym. However, I think that has changed. I think a main reason as to why I wouldn't go was because I was always being forced upon by my parents (for my well-being of course), and that always seemed to get to my head. Now that they've tried everything on me, diet supplements, changing lifestyles, I've realised I have to change, they cant mend my ways, because it's a habit. So I'm here, trying to get help, physically, mentally, etc., figuring out how to go about this.
